Payment Terms for Juniper Grove Creative

Social Media Packages

Social media packages are invoiced prior to the consultation. Payment is due after the consultation and must be made before the creation of any content or posting schedule. Package due dates will be agreed upon during the consultation, and all payments must be completed before the agreed work begins.

Website Design Packages

Website design packages are paid in two parts:

  • Initial Payment: A 50% down payment is due when the website build begins.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due when the website is ready for turnover to the customer, after any adjustments have been made. Please note, the website will not go live until the final payment has been received in full.

Add-Ons

Any additional features or services (add-ons) requested during the website build will be invoiced separately on a weekly basis to ensure visibility and transparency. The total for all add-ons will be due before the website goes live.
